Day 01  : Delhi – Leh

After an exciting flight from Delhi to Leh, we receive you at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche airport, Leh and transfer you to Maitreya Residency, Our own local Homestays at the bank of river Indus,10 minute drive from Leh airport; provide complete hospitality;  Complete rest for  acclimatization for the  first day. Maitreya Residency is located at the bank of river Indus with a complete view of Stok Kangri 6200 mtr high peak. Overnight stay at Maitreya Residency.

Day 02   : Acclimatization day for short trip

After breakfast you will be drivw in a car some of the interest places for the tourists ;Thiksey, the most popular  Buddhist monuments  and huge image of future Buddha called Matireya  and  the amazing views of Indus  and then still further visit to the famous Hemis in the deep gorge. These ancient Buddhist monuments along the Indus and spend sometime at Sindu Ghat. Homestays at Choglamsar.

Day 03:   Drive to Village  Homestays (staying in a ladakhi native’s home) at Hemis Shukpachen  village.

After breakfast drive along the Indus river , stop at the confluence of rivers & spend sometime at the river side and then visit to a  village and see the living  life in this beautiful Ladakh village, on the way to local village you may stop at magnetic hills, Likir village and then arrive to Hemis Shukpachen village for homestays. Overnight stay at Hemis shukpachen at Homestays. Amenities are very basic.

Day 04: Hemis Shukpachen -Alchi-Lamayuru-Leh

After an early breakfast drive back to the main highway and then drive to Alchi, the world famous fresco painting of 11^th century and then drive to Lamayuru, the oldest monastery and one of the most amazing landscape. Drive back to Leh. Overnight at Homestays at Maitreya Residency, Choglamsar.

Day 05 : Nubra Valley  through Khardong la pass 18380fts.

Drive to Nubra Valley in a jeep (the Valley of flowers, as it is means)via Khardungla pass (World’s highest motorable road 18380ft.). It has the most beautiful landscape, the tiny villages, rough road and exciting path are memorable for a life time. Do the Bactrian Camel Safari in the sand dunes between Deskit and Hunder Village. Stay overnight at Hunder village.

Day 06: Nubra Valley to  Pangong lake 

After breakfast you will drive to Pangong lake via Shayok valley, the most beautiful crystal clear, often changing color lake of high altitude area. The Pangong lake is  next to the China border, other side of the lake , it is China. 75% of the lake is in other part , Spend a great time, serenity and unforgettable memories of of this one of the biggest crystal clear blue lake in this high himalayas. Overnight at Camp at the lake side.

Day 07: Pangong lake to Leh via Changla pass, the second high pass around.

After the breakfast drive back to Leh via Changla pass and reach to Leh in the late afternoon and evening spend time for collection of sovenior from the local market. Overnight stay at Maitreya Residency.

Day 08 : Leh to Delhi

Early morning drive to airport for onward journey to Delhi.
